Your account

You need an account to attempt mock tests and see results. Keep your login details secure — you are responsible for activity under your account. One account is meant for one person; sharing accounts may result in suspension.

Free and paid content

Selected mock tests are free. The full test pack is unlocked with a single one-time payment — there is no subscription and no recurring charge. Once unlocked, the pack remains available on your account for the lifetime of the service.

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. We may change prices for future purchases; a change never affects a pack you have already bought.

Refunds

Because the pack unlocks digital content immediately, payments are generally non-refundable. If you were charged twice, charged without receiving access, or hit a technical problem we cannot resolve, email theexamroomm@gmail.com within 7 days of the payment and we will review it and refund where the claim is genuine.

Acceptable use

• Do not copy, record, scrape, resell or redistribute our questions or explanations.
• Do not attempt to bypass payment, authentication or rate limits.
• Do not disrupt the service or attempt to access other users' data.
• Do not upload unlawful, abusive or infringing content anywhere on the platform.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.

Our content

All mock tests, questions, explanations, study material, design and branding on this site are owned by The Exam Room and protected by copyright. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own exam preparation only.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the platform available and accurate, but we provide it "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for exam outcomes, lost study time, or indirect or consequential losses. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.
